Log in above to your contractor account or public user account by selecting from the drop-down menu in the blue bar at the top of the page to schedule inspections for existing permits or to apply online for the following select construction permits or land use projects:

Land Use Project Online Applications:
How to Apply: Under the Land Use Projects box below, click on Apply, then select the project type from the drop-down menu. The following Land Use project types are available to be applied for online:
Pre-Application Meeting Requests
Review Process I Applications
Review Process II Applications
Review Process III Applications
Zoning Verification Letters
Multi-Family Tax Exemptions

Online Permit Applications:                         
How to Apply: Under the Construction Permits box below, click on Apply for Permit, then select the permit type from the drop-down menu. The following permit types are available to be applied for online:
Construction Permits:
         Adult Family Home Building
         Residential Building
         Commercial Building
         Demolition
         Electrical
         Mechanical
         Plumbing
         Public Works
         Franchise Utility: for Utility company work in Right-of-Way
         Water Sewer Utility: for work on services, not mains
         Sign
         Fire Alarm
         Fire Suppression
         Photovoltaic: Combination Building & Electrical Permits
         Tank: for decommissioning and new above or below-ground tanks
         Traffic Street Use: for traffic control, closures, and dumpster permits
Fire Department Operational Permits:
Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle (Food Trucks)
Pyrotechnics
Open Flame
Special Event Fire Marshal's Office: for events on private property
Clerk's Office Permits:
Special Event Clerks Office: for events on public property
